I revamped the chat experience on mobile and web apps, covering messaging, audio/video calls, file management, and contacts. Resulted in a seamless and intuitive communication platform.

Played a pivotal role in developing full-fledged social media features, including content feed, post creation (with photos/images and a styled text editor), activity feed, and progress tracker, enriching user engagement and interactions.

Conducted in-depth user testing and research interviews, providing valuable insights that informed product design decisions and contributed to the creation of user-centric experiences.
