Redesign of Chatlab website

In early 2024, I had the opportunity to collaborate with Marcin Rabiej, the co-founder of ChatLab, an AI chatbot platform designed to enhance website customer interactions.

Marcin, seeking a comprehensive redesign of ChatLab's website, he reached out to discuss the project. The client doesn't want a full redesign of chatlab rather he just wants design improvement in his existing website. The website was made in bootstrap and Gatsby Framework.

Our collaboration began with in-depth discussions to understand ChatLab's brand identity, target audience, and specific requirements. We aimed to create a user-friendly, visually appealing website that effectively showcased ChatLab's features and services. After the design work,

The redesign process involved several key steps:

Research and Planning: We analyzed the existing website, identified areas for improvement, and developed a strategic plan to enhance user experience and interface design.

Design Phase: I created wireframes and prototypes, focusing on a modern aesthetic that aligned with ChatLab's branding. Marcin provided valuable feedback, ensuring the design met their vision.

Development Phase: Implementing the approved designs, I developed a responsive, SEO-friendly website. We integrated interactive elements to engage visitors and incorporated seamless navigation to highlight ChatLab's features.

Testing and Launch: We conducted thorough testing to ensure functionality across various devices and browsers. After resolving any issues, we successfully launched the revamped website.

Post-launch, the new website received positive feedback from users, noting its improved usability and professional appearance. Marcin expressed satisfaction with the outcome, highlighting the project's success in enhancing Sass website online presence.
