UX/UI Case Study: E-DN Charitable E-Sports Event

E-DN is a charitable E-Sports event that brings together professionals and enthusiasts for a good cause. It offers a variety of activities and booths, as well as game competitions. The main objective of this project was to create an online platform that would cater to the needs of various personas, such as facilitating online booking, providing information about the event, and scheduling matches.

The challenge was to design a user interface (UI) that would be consistent with the strong and original visual identity of E-DN, while also being intuitive and user-friendly.

To understand the needs and pain points of our target users, we conducted interviews and surveys. We found that users wanted a seamless booking experience, easy access to information about the event, and a clear schedule of matches.

We started with sketching and ideation sessions to brainstorm possible design solutions. We then created wireframes and prototypes, which were tested with users for feedback. Based on the feedback, we iterated on our designs to improve usability and align more closely with the visual identity of E-DN.

The final design solution included a clear and intuitive booking system, an informative and engaging event page, and a detailed match schedule. We ensured that the design was consistent with the visual identity of E-DN, using the same color scheme, typography, and graphic elements.

This case study demonstrates the process of designing a user-friendly and visually consistent UI for a charitable E-Sports event. It underscores the importance of user research, iterative design, and brand consistency in creating a successful UX/UI design. The positive feedback from users and the successful implementation of the design reaffirm the effectiveness of our design approach.
