Arc'teryx - Evolved for Extremes

A speculative Arc'teryx campaign exploring the brand's origins through the discovery of a fossil embedded in ice.
Inspired by the Archaeopteryx, the figure behind the Arc'teryx logo, the project reimagines this ancient form as a starting point for transformation. Known for its rigorous approach to design, material innovation, and extreme testing environments, Arc'teryx operates at the intersection of nature and engineering. Each piece is conceived as a response to the most demanding conditions, where protection, functionality, and minimalism become essential.

The Campaign

The glowing skeleton appears embedded in the landscape, both natural and constructed, echoing the precision and structure of technical outerwear. A solitary figure stands in contrast to the vast environment, emphasizing scale, silence, and resilience. The visuals explore a dialogue between raw elements and engineered design, where evolution becomes a language of performance.

From Concept to Retail

The campaign's narrative was then translated into a physical retail environment. The speculative Arc'teryx shop extends the same visual language into an architectural space, where the fossil discovery becomes a spatial experience. Ice, raw materials, and engineered precision converge to create a store that feels like stepping inside the brand's origin story.
