Overview Doshby was designed as a platform to simplify how individuals hire website development services. Requirement The requirement was to create a seamless flow where a user could sign up, chat directly with a Doshby representative, receive an order, and securely pay all inside one dashboard. While the representatives can manage orders, projects, billing, portfolio, users etc

Solution I collaborated and built a responsive, fast-loading web application that integrates:

User onboarding & authentication – smooth signup and account creation.

Real-time chat – powered by Instantdb, with push notifications and digest alerts so users never miss updates.

Order management – representatives can create structured project orders directly from chat discussions.

Portfolio management - admins can create portfolio projects that showcase their previous projects which renders in the frontend

Payments – integrated payment gateway for secure in-app transactions.

Dashboards – user-facing dashboard for managing projects and admin dashboard for monitoring platform activity.

Fast load times with Vite + React for the frontend.

Instant real-time chat with message delivery under ~100ms latency.

Push notifications for alerts, ensuring users stay engaged.

Responsive UI across desktop and mobile for better accessibility.
