Overview: Guess the Animal is a playful kids learning app designed to help children recognize animals and spell their names through an interactive game format.
Timeline: 2 weeks
Approach: The core idea was to make education feel like a game, combining vibrant illustrations, gentle animations, and rewarding micro-interactions to keep young minds engaged. I designed a clean, colorful interface that’s intuitive for kids to navigate, with large visuals, simple buttons, and clear progression. The app shows an image of an animal and challenges the child to fill in the missing letters of the animal’s name, encouraging word recognition, memory, and visual learning.
It was also a learning experience for me in terms of visual design, I explored custom illustrations, playful color palettes, and carefully applied shadows to give the app depth and warmth. Every detail, from button shapes to progress feedback, was crafted with accessibility, clarity, and joy in mind.
