Overview

Farm Credit Mid-America launched Ask & Offer to spark knowledge-sharing across the company, but they needed a brand identity that felt exciting enough to draw people in. My role was to design that identity and make the series stand out.
I built the system around a quirky, colorful owl — a symbol of wisdom and learning — and extended it into a series of unique owl characters. Each speaker chose an owl for their talk, and attendees received it as a collectible sticker. The stickers doubled as badges of honor and spread organically on laptops across the company, creating buzz and awareness. The unique owls also represented the unique wisdom each person has that is worth sharing.
The result was an identity that transformed a standard internal program into a fun, community-driven experience. It boosted participation, encouraged employees to contribute, and reinforced Farm Credit Mid-America's culture of collaboration.

A unique collection of owl stickers was created exclusively for each month’s talk, available only to attendees. These limited-edition designs add an element of fun and exclusivity, encouraging both attendance and engagement throughout the year as participants aim to collect them all. They also represent the unique wisdom we all have to share.
