Challenge
Graffeo needed a dedicated gifting experience that could showcase their premium products and make gift selection easier.
The challenge was to create a page that combines the existing brand aesthetic with stronger product storytelling, highlighting the craftsmanship, packaging, and unboxing experience.
Research & Strategy
I analyzed premium ecommerce and gifting experiences to understand how brands present high-value products online.
The key focus areas were:
clear product discovery;
emotional storytelling;
reducing friction during purchase.
UX Structure
The experience was structured around the customer journey: discovering gift options, exploring products, understanding the gifting experience, and moving toward purchase.
The goal was to make choosing a gift simple while keeping the experience premium and engaging.
Visual Direction
The design builds on Graffeo’s existing visual language, keeping the clean and minimal aesthetic while adding more depth through product photography, storytelling sections, and premium presentation.
Final Experience
The final design creates a refined gifting experience that helps customers discover Graffeo products, understand their value, and confidently choose the perfect gift.
