Pose Estimation for Human Motion Analysis

This project is all about pose estimation, a deep learning-based technique for detecting and tracking human body joints in images or video streams. Using models like OpenPose, PoseNet, or MediaPipe, the system identifies key points (e.g., shoulders, elbows, knees) and connects them to form a skeletal structure, enabling real-time analysis of human posture and movements.
