EgyCross Assistance, a medical travel assistance company, struggled with fragmented spreadsheets, delayed hospital communications, and inefficient case handling during emergencies. They needed a centralized system that could manage critical patient cases, streamline hospital coordination, and track financial processes reliably.
I designed and developed a custom CRM prototype tailored specifically to their operations. The platform introduced structured workflows for case management, enabled real-time communication between hospitals and service agents across different countries, and handled travel and accommodation logistics for patients requiring cross-border transfers.
Additionally, I built modules for tracking payment statuses, generating financial reports, and monitoring case timelines โ ensuring full visibility from the first patient call to final discharge and billing.
