Technopark was a new industrial space targeted at budget-conscious manufacturing, logistics and office users. I was approached to design and develop a landing page for a rapid entry to market to be then expanded into a fully featured website.

Being an industrial space, especially based out of an older development, put Technopark at a disadvantage in terms of visual. So this chosen photography direction allows to get a feeling for Technopark as a space without too much distraction from the wear and tear.

The page is built around putting crucial information — building specifications, lease terms, space properties, security details and location — first. This is in contrast to competitors at the time, who used to omit these details in classifieds or make them hard to find on their websites.

“About” section provides overall information about the buildings. Sticky scrolling photos are captioned with appropriate details to provide additional information: total specifications, property details, etc.

Available spaces section showcases the plans, square footing of the property, and an information box containing all key details.
