Sometimes you gotta spice it up with a new logo and some bold & fun colours. 💜

That's exactly what I did working with Anne, from annabellesagt. — a lifestyle magazine that's all about exploring the fun things her city has to offer. For this simple redesign we only focused on choosing a fresh & lively colour palette and designing a new matching logo as she wanted to stick to her chosen font selection.

🪩 Yay, it’s a funky Colour Palette!

Since Anne is a Leo ♌, I came up with a bold & radiant colour choice that truly reflects her vibrant essence. The selected colors complement each other seamlessly, yet they can also be utilized independently or in pairs. This provides a multitude of options for color combinations, expanding the range of potential applications while working with them.

✨ During our initial kick-off meeting, our primary objective was to determine the scope of the brand refresh. Anne was then requested to develop a mood board. Since we maintained her font selection, I began crafting the logo.

✨ Over the course of 3-5 review sessions, we iterated and refined the color palette and logo until we achieved the desired outcome.

✨ Ultimately, Anne received a comprehensive style guide that included a detailed color code sheet, the final logos and submarks, a sticker pack, blog header, Facebook cover photo, and three additional graphics for her blog page navigation.

Stickers & Visual Elements

The brand update opened the opportunity to create materials and visual elements in addition to the logo and colour palette. I made a set of stickers that can be used as standalone graphics on the blog or social media and also function well as printed cards or physical stickers.
