AI Chatbot & Lead Conversion Automation for a Dental Clinic (GoHighLevel)

I built an AI-powered chatbot inside GoHighLevel for a dental clinic, designed to greet new visitors, understand their dental concern, and collect their details automatically, so no enquiry goes unanswered, even outside office hours.

The problem: Dental clinics get enquiries at all hours. When a patient reaches out with a toothache and waits hours for a reply, they often book with another clinic.

What I built:

A conversational AI chatbot trained on the clinic's services and tone
