This project showcases my research writing practice across healthcare, organizational behavior, and business management.
What I Write
Peer-reviewed journal articles. I've published 5 articles in the Open Journal of Business and Management spanning AI governance, leadership equity, organizational behavior, and technology adoption. Each publication went through full peer review, revision cycles, and editorial acceptance.
Books. I translated my PPTO Framework research into Ethical AI in Healthcare: A PPTO Governance Playbook for Hospital and Health System Leaders (2026), available on Amazon. The book demonstrates the research-to-practitioner translation process: taking dense academic findings and making them actionable for hospital executives.
Healthcare policy and strategy documents. Research briefs, governance frameworks, equity assessments, and organizational strategy documents for healthcare organizations.
My Research Areas
AI governance in healthcare — The PPTO Framework, ethical AI deployment, algorithmic bias, equity monitoring
Leadership equity — Glass ceiling barriers, the broken rung, minority women in healthcare leadership, structural interventions
Every writing project follows the same core discipline:
Research grounding — Start with the evidence. Literature review, data analysis, or primary research depending on the project.
Structural clarity — Build a logical argument architecture before writing prose. Every section earns its place.
Audience calibration — Academic writing for journals, practitioner writing for executives, or hybrid writing that serves both. The voice shifts; the rigor doesn't.
Citation integrity — Proper attribution, consistent formatting (APA, AMA, or journal-specific), and verified sources.
