Wingnut Social Website Redesign

Olayanju Teslim

Project Overview

Wingnut Social is a marketing agency that helps interior designers grow their brands through strategy, content, and social media. The team approached us to redesign their website with a modern, confident, and visually engaging online presence. one that reflects their authority in the industry while staying approachable and creative.
Our goal was to create a digital experience that communicates Wingnut’s expertise, showcases their work clearly, and encourages visitors to book a call.

The Challenges

The old website struggled to convey the agency’s credibility and unique personality. Some key challenges we identified were:
Outdated visual design that didn’t align with Wingnut’s brand evolution.
Poor information hierarchy, making it hard for potential clients to understand what Wingnut offered.
Limited structure for storytelling and showcasing results.
A lack of interactive, memorable elements that could engage modern audiences.
We needed to rethink the design system and overall site architecture to create a clean, trustworthy, and enjoyable browsing experience.

The Approach

We began by defining a clear information architecture to guide users smoothly through the site from discovering services to booking a consultation.
In Figma, we focused on building a modern, modular layout with:
A clean visual hierarchy emphasizing clarity and flow.
Typography that reflects trust and professionalism.
Balanced use of color and white space to maintain an approachable tone.
To add a sense of personality and movement, we integrated a playful Spline 3D element into the hero section giving the site an interactive edge while staying subtle and on-brand.
Finally, we developed the site in Framer, ensuring every interaction, animation, and breakpoint felt seamless. The site was built to be fully responsive and easy for the Wingnut team to update as their business grows
