Chef Tólúlópé Eros — known as The Billionaire Chef — is a celebrated culinary figure reimagining West African cuisine through immersive, story-driven dining. His restaurants, bakery, and high-end hospitality ventures place him at the centre of a premium cultural movement.
When we began working together, his influence within elite circles was undeniable but his digital presence did not match his real-world stature. There was no cohesive content archive to showcase his artistry, authority, and brand value to the wider world.

The Challenge

His real-world reputation far outpaced his digital footprint. Specifically, there was no content system to:
Consistently capture and showcase his culinary artistry
Signal premium positioning to luxury brands and media
Build a body of work that could serve as proof in partnership and collaboration conversations

Our Mandate

My role was to build and maintain the content framework that would close the gap between his offline authority and online presence. This was about making sure the world could finally see what already existed.

Strategic Direction

We developed a storytelling framework built around three pillars:
High-impact visual narratives capturing his culinary craft and cultural identity
Strategic content around key events, collaborations, and appearances
Consistent engagement that kept the brand accessible without diluting its premium feel
Every piece of content was designed to do double duty and that is, resonate with his existing audience while functioning as a credibility signal for brands and media evaluating a potential partnership.

Content ideation and direction aligned to brand identity and upcoming moments
Managing the full publishing process - ensuring quality, consistency, and timing
Transforming on-the-go moments from events and appearances into polished digital assets
Fostering audience engagement to maintain warmth and community connection
Building a content archive that could be referenced in brand negotiations

Impact

The account grew to 145K followers. More importantly, the social presence evolved from a gap in the brand's credibility into one of its strongest assets - a body of work that luxury partners and media could point to as proof of market position.
