Thrifting the Perfect Spring Wardrobe

As spring is right around the corner, now is the perfect time to begin looking for the perfect pieces that will be with you for seasons to come. It is important to lean into sustainable fashion, and what better way than thrifting your perfect wardrobe for spring?

The best way to start a shopping trip to the thrift store is with a Pinterest board that holds the key for what you are looking for - make sure you have your thriftspo. The thrift store can get overwhelming and exciting, in this way, you make sure you have a clear picture of what you need and want for the upcoming season. I also find this to be a helpful form of manifestation.

Here is a look into my thriftspo for the next season !

Now there are my top 5 things that I am looking for this season.



1. The first thing is a pair of baggy, long, boyfriend-style shorts. These have been in style for a while, and I feel like they are timeless and very fun. I am looking for something to comfortably be able to wear to the beach or that I can dress up slightly to wear to dinner or a concert. This piece is versatile and something I must find! I also feel like it is something that I could easily find at the thrift store.

3. The next is ANYTHING off the shoulder. This adds such a flirty element to any outfit. This could be a t-shirt that I can thrift and cut myself or hopefully, I would be so lucky to be able to find it as is. I love the look of a ¨fancy” off-the-shoulder top, like the one paired with a skirt, or something as simple as an old t-shirt with some shorts.

5. The next thing is something just like this specific dress. I am not sure exactly what about it that draws me in so much… is it that it is sheer and a sweater material? Or is the baggy but short fit? Or is it the belt that pairs it all together? I can't say exactly what it is, but I am obsessed!

7. The next thing is fun, knee length skirts, paired with a simple tee. I really enjoy the mix of casual and fancy for the spring. This outfit is so versatile and can be dressed up or down.

9. My last piece of inspo is going to be bright and colorful heels. I absolutely love a pop of color as we enter spring. It brings a sense of fun as we change into a season that is known for color!
