A real estate business had to generate 600 qualified leads for their residential property offerings. They were already running campaigns but it was all a mess. The challenge was to efficiently target potential buyers with a keen interest in purchasing real estate while maintaining a low cost per lead (CPL) and achieving a satisfactory return on ad spend (ROAS).

I targeted high-intent keywords and added key selling points such as competitive pricing, prime locations, and unique features. Included strong calls to action and utilized call extensions, site links, and structured snippets to provide additional information and easy contact options.

Created engaging banner ads showcasing property interiors, community amenities, and scenic views. Focused on lifestyle imagery to evoke emotional connection and Display ads were strategically placed on local news sites, real estate portals, and lifestyle blogs to capture the interest of potential homebuyers.
