Yayasan Kesejahteraan Karyawan PT Bank Bukopin (YKKB) is a foundation that supports the welfare of retired employees through financial education, pension fund management, and foundation updates. They needed a modern, informative, and accessible website to serve members, primarily users aged 56+, with clarity and ease. Access the live website 👇

The foundation previously had little to no online presence, making it difficult to communicate financial transparency and important updates. Many of its older members found it challenging to access or navigate digital information. Additionally, there was no centralized platform to showcase foundation programs, financial reports, or contact details in an organized and accessible way.

I collaborated directly with the YKKB team to understand:

Their target audience (mostly retirees)

Types of content they wanted to publish (reports, programs, news)

Pages and functionalities required for both Phase 1 and Phase 2

Created a sitemap grouped into two phases to reflect delivery priorities:

Phase 1: Static, foundational pages (General Information like About, Vision, & Financial Reports)

Phase 2: Dynamic/engagement-focused pages (Programs, Blog, FAQ)

Used a large, readable font and high-contrast colors for legibility.

Applied a calm green palette to align with trust, security, and well-being.

Chose warm imagery that represents Indonesian families and community values.

Designed layouts with clarity and simplicity to suit an older demographic.

Conducted multiple review checkpoints for feedback.

Delivered in Framer, with client-ready responsiveness and prototyping.

Re-scoped Phase 2 as a follow-up to ensure faster deployment.
