Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) are a way to set and communicate goals and measure results. They can underpin company strategies and product roadmaps.
OKRs connect your company, team, and personal objectives to measurable quarterly results. They outline the expectations for every team to give us a sense of accountability and urgency. OKRs should be visible to all so everyone knows what others are focused on and can spot places where there isn't alignment or there are opportunities for collaboration.
