At the intersection of technology and humanity, the Kerala Textiles and Garment Association (KTGA) embarked on a noble initiative to strengthen the bond within their community and beyond. Tasked with the challenge, I undertook the UI/UX design for their blood donation platform, a digital space designed to connect willing donors with those in need.

Blood donation is a critical yet often overlooked aspect of community well-being. The challenge was to create a user-friendly platform exclusively for KTGA members and their families to efficiently arrange blood donations. The platform needed to facilitate location-based searches, making it seamless for members to find potential donors in times of need.

Understanding the unique dynamics of the KTGA community was crucial. Through interviews, surveys, and workshops, I delved into the preferences, concerns, and expectations of potential users. This groundwork allowed me to tailor the platform to the specific needs of the KTGA community.

Structured the platform to balance simplicity and functionality. Implemented an intuitive navigation system to allow users to effortlessly search for blood donors based on location, blood type, and availability.

Designing the KTGA Blood Donation Platform was a gratifying journey, bridging the gap between technology and compassion. By placing the user experience at the forefront, we've created a digital space that not only serves its practical purpose but also reflects the ethos of KTGA — a community that cares and supports each other in times of need.
