Param Adult Day Care Management System (Referred as PADC-MS) system is an innovative online Day Care Management System to manage the day care facilities with all of their managerial operation including the Administrative, Activity daily living, Nursing, Caregiving, Transportation, Clinical Checkups and follow ups, Pharmacy and financial, and Human resource.
PADC-MS minimizes the errors on the paper-based system, mitigating the internal communication problems of tracking the patient information and removing the boundaries to access the information by having it accessible online and with mobile devices over a secured connection. As part of research initiative by Param Healthcare & IT Services, we analyzed the demand of the PADC-MS to optimize and speedup the communication, provide convenience & cost benefit the organization and the patients.Our Mission is to establish an international standard adult day care center where adults can be shown adequate love and care.The following are the objectives of the project:This includes features like My Profile, Appointments, Care Giving, Nursing, Daily Vitals checks, Transportation, Activity Daily Living, Marketing, Prescription, Billing, Alerts & Reminder Management.This Application includes everything that PADC needs to replace their current paper-based system with new online system in addition to a couple of extra features.
The scope consists of the database and the operations management portal (Primary user interface).The database must be able to track all of the data that PADC is looking to store. A huge part of this involves scanning and storing documents on a per patient basis. Each document may have different pieces of data that need to be tracked in the database. The database will be in charge of keeping track of what pieces of data each document is associated with as well as storing each instance of that data that has been input. The database will also store session data from each of PADC patient sessions. This includes everything from departure and arrival times, session notes, and individual session notes. The operations management portal is the primary user interface for our system. This is a web application accessible from any compatible web browser or mobile device. The operation management portal has will have different parts including profile, appointments, care giving, nursing, daily vitals checks, transportation, activity daily living, marketing, prescription, billing, alerts & reminder management. The patient’s section will be where the authorized user can add, modify, or check any patient data stored in the system. This includes basic functionality such as adding a new patient, adding a new scanned document to a patient, or checking on a patient’s basic info.
