On behalf of Publicis Sapient, I interviewed the Lufthansa and BagTag team to understand the scope and goals of this work and developed a larger story from those insights. Airline passengers are increasingly frustrated with baggage delays and lost luggage, and this work highlighted one example of a forward-thinking airline leader that's giving customers innovative and easy-to-use solutions to have more control over their luggage throughout their trips.
