I was given the opportunity to develop and create newsletter articles around the streetwear and sneaker industries. This particular project allowed for me to lead the full ideation process— from rough drafts, to publication making sure each user input method was responsive and various links were traceable for data. 
From there, I was also tasked to check key metrics to find any numbers that were drastically below the recommended benchmarks. I also implemented A/B testing for certain elements in the newsletter such as copy, titles, images, or CTA’s that directed users back to the main website. 
This led to an increase in repeat buyers, followed by a noticeable increase (32%)  in email subscribers who were actively engaged in learning more about store giveaways, exclusive deals, and brand new releases.
