I was hired as the first employee in the position of Head of Technology. I was responsible for:

Define and lead the overall technology strategy and architecture

Setup the cloud infrastructure in AWS and basic project structures

Recruit, mentor, and manage the engineering and technology teams, including software developers, DevOps, QA, etc.

Collaborate with the CEO and product managers to prioritize product feature development

Budget and resource monitoring

Choose third-party provider companies for trade execution, payments, news, quotes, etc.
