Selected experience: In systems and network administration work, I supported Windows and Linux environments, networks, servers, NAS and storage, virtualization, and day-to-day troubleshooting.
I documented procedures and helped staff and users understand the tools they relied on. My approach is to diagnose the actual problem, explain the options clearly, and leave useful operating notes. Employer and customer system details are intentionally omitted.
