SaaS Sales Training Website Developed By a WordPress Developer - Elementor Expert
Process Stage 1 — WordPress Discovery, Content Audit & Sitemap Planning I started with a full content audit of the existing HubSpot website, mapping every program, product, membership and resource page into a clear WordPress sitemap. As the WordPress Developer on the project, I documented the navigation structure, calls to action and conversion paths so the new WordPress website kept everything that already worked while making room for growth. This planning stage set the foundation for a smooth website redesign and WordPress migration. Stage 2 — WordPress Website Design & Figma Wireframes I created Figma wireframes and a custom WordPress website design that matched the MEDDICC brand: bright brand colors, card-based layouts, custom icons and bold statistic callouts. As the Web Designer, I focused on visual hierarchy, clear calls to action and a modern B2B SaaS look so sales leaders, enablement teams and account executives could quickly find the right program. The approved Figma design became the blueprint for a pixel-perfect Figma to WordPress build. Stage 3 — WordPress Migration from HubSpot CMS I handled the HubSpot to WordPress migration, moving pages, images, videos and resource content into a clean WordPress structure. I preserved page URLs where possible and set up 301 redirects to protect existing search visibility. The result was a complete WordPress website migration with no lost content and a backend the MEDDICC team can manage without code. Stage 4 — WordPress Elementor Pro Homepage Development I built the homepage in WordPress with Elementor Pro, including the hero section with headline and overview video, the trusted-by logo strip, performance statistics, getting-started cards and the "Learn, Execute, Level up" process section. Every section was built as a reusable Elementor template so the team can update content and launch new landing pages quickly. Custom CSS refined spacing, typography and animations beyond default Elementor widgets. Stage 5 — WordPress Program, Product & Membership Pages I developed dedicated WordPress pages for the MEDDPICC Masterclass, Value Program, Partner Program, Leadership and Enablement program, and products like Deals, Calls and the AI deal assistant. Using custom post types and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), I made each program and product page consistent, dynamic and easy to edit. Membership plans for individuals and teams were presented in clear comparison layouts that support buying decisions. Stage 6 — WordPress Pricing, Demo Booking & Lead Generation Forms I built the pricing page and connected "Book a demo" and pricing enquiry calls to action across the WordPress website to turn visitors into qualified leads. I set up WordPress forms with validation, spam protection and email notifications, plus a newsletter signup in the footer. Each form was tested end to end so every lead reaches the sales team reliably. Stage 7 — WordPress Resources Hub: Articles, Videos & Downloads I created a WordPress resources hub for articles, videos, the MEDDICC book, the buyer's guide and downloadable content. Category filters and clean archive layouts make it easy for visitors to browse sales methodology content, while SEO-friendly post templates help each article rank in search. This content hub supports long-term organic traffic and thought leadership. Stage 8 — WordPress Responsive Design & Mobile Optimization I made every page of the WordPress website fully responsive on desktop, tablet and mobile, adjusting Elementor layouts, font sizes, card grids and navigation for each screen size. The mobile menu, statistics blocks, testimonials and FAQs were refined for touch use and fast scanning. Cross-browser testing confirmed a consistent experience for every visitor. Stage 9 — WordPress Speed Optimization, Technical SEO & Core Web Vitals I optimized WordPress performance with image compression, caching, lazy loading for videos and minimized scripts to improve page speed and Core Web Vitals. For on-page SEO and technical SEO, I set up meta titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, image alt text, schema markup and an XML sitemap using Rank Math. The site was connected to Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 to track traffic and conversions. Stage 10 — WordPress Testing, Launch, Training & Ongoing Maintenance Before launch, I tested every page, link, form, video and integration, including the login link to the external member platform. After a smooth WordPress website launch, I trained the team on editing pages in Elementor and recorded a short walkthrough for future updates. I also provided WordPress maintenance, plugin updates, backups and website security checks to keep the site fast, secure and stable.
