Discovery
Arkesia is an aesthetic medicine clinic operating in a highly competitive local market. The client needed a website that clearly communicates trust, medical credibility, and modern aesthetics, while also supporting business growth through better presentation of services.
The first phase focused on understanding:
the target audience and their decision-making process,
the clinic’s positioning versus direct competitors,
key client needs around flexibility, content management, and future growth.
Based on research, the main goal was set:
to create a professional, modern, and dynamic website that differentiates Arkesia from other clinics and supports conversion, without relying on heavy visuals or overdecorated design.

Starting from UX assumptions and Figma designs, the website was fully designed and built in Framer.

Service-focused information architecture
A clear structure was created around medical services, allowing users to quickly understand the offer and move toward contact or booking actions.
Advanced CMS for services and content
A custom CMS was built for:
aesthetic medicine services,
blog articles and educational content.
This allows the client to independently add, edit, and update services or blog posts without technical support.
Client autonomy
The final setup enables the clinic team to manage content on their own. Text updates, new services, and blog entries can be published quickly, without developer involvement.
