Senior UX/UI Designer

• Active participation in scoping workshops, involving close collaboration in defining project goals and requirements with teams, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs to guide the design process.
• Design and optimization of user journeys and high-fidelity mockups, including the creation of low-fidelity wireframes and conducting A/B tests to evaluate the best design versions.
• Support for Business Analysts in transforming client needs into user stories, and organizing co-creation workshops to validate design ideas with clients and end users.
• Accurate handoff to development teams, with the transfer of designs and necessary specifications for smooth implementation that meets expectations.
