Designed a scalable SaaS experience for managing the operational complexity behind clinical research. I transformed interconnected logistics workflows—inventory, collection requirements, shipments, locations, planning, alerts, and reporting—into a structured and intuitive experience.

My work focused on information architecture, workflow design, role-based dashboards, data visualization, responsive UX, and a scalable design system. The approach used progressive disclosure, clear hierarchy, and reusable patterns to make a complex enterprise product easier to understand and operate.
