Writing and Scripting Safety Procedures

We introduced a new ladder safety procedure using a detailed but short video to explain the new steps. The video had to be easily digestible but follow strict legal guidelines. And we handed it off early. We gathered of subject matter experts and a video editor. We followed the ADDIE structure for the project and, after analysis, I began scripting. Once accepted, the script was handed off to the video editor. The group convened for adjustments and submitted early for formal and legal sign off.
