ONE Shot is a marketing agency that refreshes its case studies every season. Their old Framer site couldn't keep up. Layouts broke on update, key visuals got cropped, and videos behaved differently on every device. So this wasn't a visual refresh. I rebuilt the site as a system their team can maintain on their own, with a look that matches the brand: calm, strategic, creatively confident.

About 70% of visitors are potential clients who already know ONE Shot and come to check credibility. The other 30% are job seekers reading for culture. Nobody arrives cold. That's why the hero has no hard-sell CTA, and why case pages lean into craft and brand feeling instead of metrics.

Restructured the information architecture. The homepage builds trust, and case pages handle exploration.

Rebuilt the Framer CMS with simplified categories and tags, so seasonal updates are fast and hard to get wrong

Built responsive components so images, videos, and key visuals display reliably on every device

Refined the visual language: a black, white, and gray base with accent colors and a clear type hierarchy

Case and homepage updates are now faster, more stable, and predictable

The structure is ready to scale: more cases, AI product promotion, and hiring content
