Nationwide tour of happy hours to engage multicultural creators (Black & Latin) across 6 key markets (LA, NYC, ATL, MIA, CHI, DAL) that featured emerging TikTok-first artist performance and creator educational panels. I architected creator ambassador contracts to co-host these events alongside the brand and moderated our panel discussion. Over 1000 creators have participated in 16 events generating hundreds of organic posts across social media platforms and survey results all pointed to increased net promoter scores, brand satisfaction, and trust.
