I took the lead in creating a unique brand for a new outdoor advertising firm based in Dubai, specializing in mega billboards situated in prime city locations. The goal was to establish a distinct brand presence in a competitive market, reflecting the opulence of Dubai while appealing to the dynamic and youthful companies looking to advertise on their billboards.





Naming

The chosen brand name, Colorstone, is a fusion of "color" and "stone," inspired by the solid structure of billboards emitting vibrant light. The term "stone" also alludes to precious gemstones, symbolizing the luxurious essence of Dubai.




Logo Design

In crafting the logo, I aimed to create a visual representation of a stone while avoiding clichés. Geometric shapes reminiscent of a stone structure were utilized, providing a modern and distinctive touch. To elevate the identity further, I introduced an unexpected element—an image of a camera. This cinematic addition not only brought a sense of grandeur and epicness but also underscored the idea that each billboard is a stage for captivating visual stories.




Identity

The pinnacle of the brand identity was realized in the pitch deck. Each billboard location was named after a gemstone, adding an extra layer of sophistication. The playful integration of icons, dynamic color schemes, and the cinematic camera element injected personality into the brand.
