Designing an Irresistible One-Click Upsell Page

The Goal: To design a seamless, high-trust upsell page that increases the Average Order Value (AOV) for Lydia Renee’s digital ecosystem.

The Challenge: The client needed a way to present a "no-brainer" add-on offer immediately after purchase. The design needed to maintain brand consistency while creating a sense of urgency and exclusivity—without feeling "spammy" or aggressive.

My Role: UI/UX Design, Sales Funnel Strategy, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

This section adds depth to the numbered list visible in your screenshot. It shows you are a thinker, not just a pixel pusher.

To ensure maximum engagement, I structured the page using behavioral psychology principles:

Validation: Immediately confirming the initial purchase to build safety.

The Pattern Interrupt: Using a distinct visual header to signal a special, one-time opportunity.

Value Stacking: Presenting the offer not just as a product, but as a necessary accelerator to their results.

Scarcity & Urgency: implementing ethical urgency cues (limited spots/time-sensitive) to prompt decision-making.

Frictionless Action: A prominent, high-contrast CTA button designed for a single-click upgrade.

Aesthetic Meets Function: We moved away from cold corporate aesthetics, opting for a warm, peach and neutral palette that resonates with Lydia's female-led audience.

Typography: Clean serif headings for authority paired with readable sans-serif body copy.

Imagery: Strategic use of lifestyle photography to humanize the digital product.

Hierarchy: Used whitespace to guide the eye naturally from the headline to the "Add to Order" button.

The Outcome: The final design resulted in a cohesive brand experience that seamlessly guides users from their initial purchase into a higher-tier commitment. The layout is fully responsive, ensuring the upsell performs equally well on mobile and desktop devices.
