I created a detailed structural layout including footing types, foundation wall dimensions, slab specifications, and material quantities. The drawings were organized, accurate, and easy to interpret for approval and construction. This ensured smooth project execution and helped the client confidently submit for building permits without delays.

I designed a detailed residential site plan for a corner lot, ensuring accuracy and permit readiness. The plan includes property boundaries, setback and easement lines, a proposed building footprint, driveway layout, and grading direction. This project highlights my ability to produce clear, professional CAD drawings that support zoning compliance and help homeowners and contractors plan efficiently. Created using AutoCAD, the drawing is suitable for permit submissions and residential development.

The photometric site plan illustrates the proposed external lighting arrangement for the development. It shows the building layout, site circulation areas, and the calculated illumination grid used to assess the distribution of artificial light across the site. The design considers the positioning and performance of selected luminaires to achieve adequate illumination, uniform light distribution, safety, and visual comfort. The accompanying luminaire schedules and manufacturer information provide the technical specifications of the lighting fittings used in the design.
