I build custom web apps with AI built in, and the automation that runs the business behind them.

My stack is React, Next.js, and TypeScript on Supabase or Firebase, deployed on Vercel, with AI through the Claude and OpenAI APIs. I build test-first. My live sports-pool app runs a real weekly pool on 438 tests and sends AI-written recaps automatically.

• TrueMile: an offline-first profit app for truck owner-operators (truemileapp.com)
• PropertyOS: a property-management dashboard with AI maintenance triage, built for a real estate company that is evaluating it
• Summarist: a subscription app with Stripe Checkout and Firebase sign-in

I also build GoHighLevel automation (Conversation AI, Voice AI, workflows, funnels) and AI spokesperson videos for ads, so clients can market without filming.
