Shopify Case Study: Scaling Trust for High-Ticket Health Tech π
We just launched a custom Shopify experience for Boostetix Prime, a medical-grade laser cap for hair growth.
The challenge: Building a high-trust environment that converts at a premium price point.
How we optimized for conversion:
Eliminated Friction β‘οΈ Integrated dermatologist-backed trust signals, clinical data, and a 180-day guarantee to handle objections upfront.
Simplified UX β‘οΈ Streamlined the user journey with a 3-step visual guide and benefit-driven copy focused on their 30-minute automated routine.
The result is a professional, high-authority store that justifies its price tag through expert positioning.

Meta Ads Hack. Always lead with the product (even if it feels abrupt).
We recently tested a UGC video where the creator talked about benefits for several seconds before showing the product. The result?
Performance lagged. CTR was below average, and CPA was out of control.
So, we made one simple change: We trimmed the "noise" and started the video the exact moment the product appeared on screen.
And the Results?
CTR rose significantly from 1.5 % to 2.3 %, CPA dropped below our target goal of 200 CZK and the whole performance of this campaign stabilized.
Your Meta ad isn't a wedding toast, donβt spend three minutes warming up the crowd before you show us the bride. π Cut the "speech" and show the product immediately.
If your hook doesn't show the "hero" in the first 1β3 seconds, you're losing money. Always go Product First.

Sometimes less is more in e-commerce and digital marketing. β
Additive Bias makes us want to add features, but in e-commerce, more features often mean more clutter. We ran a "Subtraction Test" to see if removing elements could actually boost sales.
We removed a complex Estimated Delivery timeline from a mobile product page. The element used exact calendar dates (Dec 16β18) rather than simple text, creating high cognitive load.
π The Results:
β‘οΈ Conversion Rate: +13.55% (6.14% β 6.97%)
β‘οΈ Revenue per Visitor: +11.98% (34.07 β 38.15 CZK)
What did we learn?
The timeline was friction. It forced customers to "do the math" on logistics instead of focusing on the product. On mobile, reducing cognitive load is a direct path to higher conversions.
β One test result is worth a thousand expert opinions.

π§ͺ Black Friday Experiment: Scarcity + Urgency
We nudged a key product by adding a "selling out fast" message (verified by Shopify) to discourage purchase delays. π
β‘οΈ The Result? Inconclusive. Overall RPV (Revenue per Visitor) moved just -0.8%. No clear statistical winner at first glance.
π‘ The Deeper Dive: While Conversion Rate (CR) jumped +5.8%, average order value dropped. Scarcity drove more buyers, but they chose cheaper items.
π± Mobile (Promising):
RPV: +1%
CR: +8%
π» Desktop (Slump):
RPV: -16%
CR: -15% (small sample)
