I kept thinking about how much of society management still depends on WhatsApp messages, phone calls, security registers, and someone remembering what happened at the gate.
So I built GateSync.
The idea was simple. Give residents, security, and society committees one place to handle the things that usually become messy.
I built offline first gate logs so security could keep working even when the internet decides not to. Visitors can be approved using QR codes or OTPs, maintenance bills can be generated and paid through UPI, and amenities have database level protection so two people cannot somehow book the same slot.
And because emergencies are not the place for unreliable systems, I also built an immutable SOS trigger for panic situations.
Started with the thought that society management should not feel like managing a society through WhatsApp. Ended up building the system I wished every housing society had.

I wanted to build something that could make the boring parts of healthcare a little less boring.
That idea turned into Aarogyo, a healthcare management system where doctors, staff, and admins can manage appointments, patient records, billing, diagnoses, and prescriptions from one place.
Then I thought, why should someone manually read every uploaded medical report and type everything again?
So I added Google Gemini and Tesseract OCR to let Aarogyo read uploaded reports, extract the useful information, and turn it into structured diagnoses and prescriptions.
Started with an idea to simplify healthcare management. Ended up building a system that can actually read the paperwork too.

AutoMod is an extensive CRM that I have been building as part of a three-person team for auto service businesses. I have contributed across the entire stack of this product, mostly with contributions in attendance workflows, jobs/staff management, billing, role-based access, inventory, warehousing, notifications, and miscellaneous platform improvements.
The most complex piece of this development was rewriting the attendance system that now incorporates the approval process and includes the audit trail of the approved/rejected changes, with rules adjusted to the top three tiers. I was also responsible for developing the inventory and warehouse part of the product that includes SKU management, purchase order, discounts and costing that takes into account the different levels of access of each role.
Besides all the basic modules of this product, I implemented notifications and PWA functionality, read receipts for the internal messaging system, and improved the tax calculation, email flows, onboarding process, and various other pieces of this app. This has been an interesting project for me since it helped me develop skills for building products across the entire stack.
