Designed a compact and comfortable people-lifting hoist focused on safety and user comfort. Unlike bulky traditional models, the design included protective padding, a swing arm to prevent contact injuries, and a soft sling material for skin comfort. Using SolidWorks, a lightweight yet durable frame was developed with optimized safety features, ergonomic handling, and manufacturing-ready CAD designs. The project received a 5-star client review and is now ready for production.

Designed a heavy-duty crane sling with a self-locking safety mechanism for secure and reliable industrial lifting. The system automatically locks under load to prevent accidental release and allows easy release when unloaded. Built for strength, safety, and manufacturability, the design included optimized load-bearing components, durable material selection, detailed CAD modeling, and technical drawings for fabrication and assembly.
