The design features expansive living spaces, a welcoming entrance foyer, a modern kitchen with ample storage, ensuite bedrooms, and dedicated family areas that support both everyday living and entertaining.
The project focused on maximizing natural light, ventilation, and spatial efficiency while maintaining a strong architectural identity. Detailed 3D visualizations were produced to showcase the exterior design, material finishes, and overall character of the home, providing the client with a clear vision of the completed project.

This project showcases a modern 5-bedroom maisonette designed for comfortable family living and contemporary aesthetics. The home features a grand entrance porch, spacious lounge, dining area, modern kitchen with a separate utility space, guest bedroom on the ground floor, and four additional bedrooms on the upper floor.
The design incorporates large windows for natural lighting, clean architectural lines, private balconies, and well-planned circulation spaces. High-quality 3D visualizations and presentation drawings were developed to help the client visualize the project and support the design approval process.

The design emphasizes natural lighting, efficient space planning, elegant architectural detailing, and seamless indoor-outdoor connections. Deliverables included architectural floor plans, elevations, 3D modeling, and photorealistic exterior visualizations that helped communicate the design intent before construction.
