This project focuses on creating a dynamic and motivational fitness video featuring a girl during her training routine. The goal was to highlight strength, discipline, movement, and progress through energetic editing, clean pacing, and visually engaging shots.
The video includes workout moments, body movement details, gym atmosphere, and motivational visuals to make the final result feel powerful and inspiring. I worked on the video editing, shot selection, pacing, sound synchronization, color correction, and overall visual style to create a strong fitness-focused presentation suitable for social media, reels, or promotional content.
