Instagram DM Chatbot for Service Providers
Been experimenting with how AI can handle DMs like a real assistant.
I built a ManyChat prototype that books appointments, answers FAQs, and nurtures new followers, all through Instagram DMs.
The goal: help service-based businesses convert followers to clients without needing to reply to every message manually.
Still refining the flow and adding personality to the responses (that human touch matters!).
