BUILDForce Property Advisory is a booking experience designed for a solo property advisor in Victoria Island, Lagos. I built it to solve a common problem: turning a vague “Can I book a consultation?” enquiry into a confirmed appointment often requires too much manual back-and-forth.
BUILDForce changes that journey by starting with a short property brief. The client identifies whether they want to buy, sell or invest, their preferred location, budget and objective. The system then recommends the most relevant consultation before guiding them to an available time and confirmed booking.
On the advisor side, the client’s brief, appointment context and follow-up actions are organized in one workspace. This creates a clearer path from enquiry to consultation while reducing the manual qualification, scheduling and follow-up work a solo owner would otherwise handle.
The intended outcome is a more efficient booking process, with measurable targets such as reducing enquiry-to-booking admin time, cutting unnecessary back-and-forth messages, and giving the advisor better client context before each consultation.

A great product doesn't just tell a story—it creates an experience that continues to deliver value even when you're not there to explain it.
I recently designed this mobile marketplace app inspired by the local markets in my community. Building it was an exciting exercise in translating everyday shopping experiences into an intuitive digital product.
From product categories and smart search functionality to delivery options, purchase limits, pricing structures, and locally relevant food items, every element was intentionally designed to help users discover ingredients and shop effortlessly for their next meal.
What I enjoyed most was thinking through the entire customer journey—from browsing products to completing a purchase—and ensuring the experience felt simple, familiar, and practical.
Designing isn't just about screens; it's about creating systems that work seamlessly for people.
