CareLink Home is an end-to-end, multi-role SaaS coordination platform built with React 19, TanStack Start, and a secure relational database with strict Row-Level Security. It unifies a 6-step family booking wizard with live ZIP validation, an algorithmic matching engine that ranks caregivers (0–100%) by schedule and workload, and dedicated portals for patients, caregivers, and coordinators. From one-click dispatch and live visit execution to intelligent conflict detection and an immutable event audit trail, the platform delivers a complete, production-grade operational engine for modern care agencies. Traditional home-care coordination is crippled by 4–6 phone calls, disconnected spreadsheets, and hours of operational lag just to confirm a single visit. When families urgently need care for loved ones, manual phone-tag and scheduling errors create unnecessary friction and delay. I built CareLink Home to eliminate this administrative bottleneck, replacing fragmented communication with an automated, reliable system that connects families to qualified caregivers in minutes rather than hours.
