The Neuro Coven is a solo-built digital brand designed around the psychological needs of neurodivergent and highly-sensitive witches — an audience traditional marketing rarely accommodates. Built without a team, the brand applies the same dual-lens used in The Consumer Autopsy: marketing operations to ship sustainably as a solo founder, and consumer behaviour to design for an audience whose attention, energy and trust signals work differently from the neurotypical mainstream.

KitKat's "Streamer Break" campaign extended the brand's iconic "Have a Break" identity directly into Twitch creator culture. By encouraging streamers to take genuine on-air breaks during long sessions, the campaign turned a brand promise into a behaviour the audience could see happen live — pairing influencer activations with interactive giveaways and viewer-facing moments that made the brand feel like a natural part of the streaming experience, not an interruption.

Santander × LEC Dream Bot (Europe · Real-time technical activation)

Project description:
Santander integrated into the League of Legends esports ecosystem through the Dream Bot — a real-time Twitch and Discord activation triggered by live in-game moments during the LEC Summer Split and Finals. Featuring promotional content with LEC host Sjokz and instant prize rewards for viewers, the bot turned passive broadcast viewing into active brand interaction, registered across 150 Discord servers, distributed 3,506 in-game reward codes and generated 8,821 community reactions.

Norauto faced a perception problem: second-hand car buying is associated with risk, deception and boredom for younger Spanish audiences. The "Desafío Segunda Mano" campaign reframed it as entertainment — featuring creator Guanyar across live IRL Twitch streams from a Norauto workshop, plus integrated YouTube, TikTok and Instagram content. By turning a transactional, anxiety-laden category into something watchable, the brand earned engagement it couldn't have bought through traditional advertising.

PUMA and Gen.G partnered with Foot Locker on a multi-platform Seoul activation built around two existing strands of Korean youth behaviour: photo booth culture and trading card collecting. Rather than imposing a Western esports playbook onto the Korean market, the campaign integrated into rituals fans were already performing — turning a basketball-and-gaming brand crossover into a culturally native fan experience.
