Higher-end HoReCa professionals (Bar Managers, HoReCa Consultants, Chief Bartenders, HoReCa Executives) will skip it if they see only features. They will skip it if they don't understand if this software solves their main problems: wasting a lot of product, ~40 hours a month, and hundreds to thousands of €$ to develop a cocktail or a menu, to develop a drink batching system, to calculate real margine and cost of the final product, including taxes and other expenses, and to experiment with cordials, infusions, milk washes, ole saccharums, super juices, fat washes and other techniques and mechanics.
I implemented a revolutionary approach to product so it feels like a solution (aka we're entering SaaS territory) and shows the dream outcome and transformation rather than just listing features. I dig up deep to understand the real problems audiences have, and the solution client's software brings that TRANSFORMS lives and workspaces. Now, we have a high converting funnel that attracts higher-ticket audience, and solves a higher-paying problems.
What I Executed (End-to-End Ownership)
Offer & Pricing Restructuring: We shifted the perceived value entirely. From €7 calculator we moved to €12 physics engine for Basic + and from €15 to €20 for the ultimate bartender's sandbox with Master AI Helper + added a new NEEDED and ASKED tier of €50 for the Premium AI tier per subscription per month.
Visual Direction & Design: I created the visuals to clearly demonstrate the software's mechanics, proving the ROI to executives before checkout.
Technical Deployment: I deployed everything using Claude Code and built it on Shopify Engine.
Strategic Copywriting: Authored the messaging to focus strictly on the dream outcome, moving the product out of the "cheap tool" category and into premium SaaS territory.

I built this Speaker Hub to eliminate friction. It is not a static website; it is a direct-response funnel designed to convert event organizers into booked clients on contact. It answers their objections before they ask and drives them directly to the booking calendar.
