3-Bedroom Bungalow House Design
Designed a functional single-storey, 3-bedroom bungalow on a 15 m × 30 m plot, with a proposed building footprint of 12 m × 18 m. The design focuses on practical space planning, comfortable family living, and efficient use of available space.
The layout includes a master bedroom with a private bathroom, two additional bedrooms, a spacious living room, dining area, kitchen, family lounge, shared bathroom, visitor toilet, laundry area, front porch, and parking space.
The project involved developing a dimensioned 2D floor plan with room labels, furniture layout, and circulation planning, considering the relationship between indoor spaces, site access, and outdoor areas. The design aims to balance functionality, privacy, and everyday convenience in a modern family home. A Harmonious Blend of Comfort, Elegance & Functionality
This residential interior design explores a warm, contemporary aesthetic through a balanced combination of neutral tones, refined materials, and carefully selected lighting.
The living area is designed as a comfortable social space, featuring a custom TV wall, integrated display shelving, layered lighting, and soft furnishings that create a welcoming atmosphere. The dining area continues the same design language through natural textures, elegant furniture, and decorative wall elements, establishing a seamless connection between spaces.
The open kitchen combines functionality with modern elegance through streamlined cabinetry, a contrasting dark countertop, illuminated display shelves, and an integrated breakfast counter.
The overall approach focuses on creating a cohesive interior where aesthetics, comfort, and everyday functionality work together.
My Focus: Interior Design | Space Planning | Material & Color Selection | Lighting Design | Furniture Arrangement | 3D Modeling & Visualization.🚀 Reception | Mixed-Use Apartment | Contemporary Luxury Interior Design
Designed as the reception area of a mixed-use apartment building, this space combines contemporary luxury with organic modern elements to create a welcoming, elegant, and comfortable first impression.
The design features a warm neutral palette of beige, cream, and soft brown tones, complemented by natural stone textures, curved architectural elements, and sculptural furniture. Organic forms are expressed through the rounded reception desk, fluted wall panels, soft seating, and layered ceiling design.
The material selection emphasizes visual warmth and sophistication, incorporating marble finishes, textured surfaces, reflective flooring, and decorative lighting. Carefully integrated indirect lighting enhances the architectural details while creating a calm and inviting atmosphere.
The overall design balances functionality and aesthetics, transforming the reception into a refined social space that reflects the identity of the residential development. G+2+T Residential Design | Contemporary Architecture & 3D Visualization
Transforming a family's needs into a functional, private, and contemporary home through thoughtful space planning, architectural design, and realistic 3D visualization.
This project presents the architectural design of a G+2+T private residence located in Mizan Tepi, Ethiopia, developed for a household comprising parents, four sons, one daughter, and a maid. With an approximate building area of 80 m² (10 × 8 m), the design focuses on maximizing functionality, ensuring privacy, and creating comfortable spaces for both individual living and family interaction.
The architectural approach combines functional zoning, clear circulation, privacy gradients, and vertical organization to accommodate the family's different needs within a compact building footprint.
Floor Plan Development
Each floor was carefully organized to establish a balance between shared family spaces and private living areas.
Ground Floor – Social & Service Spaces
The ground floor accommodates the main living activities, including a welcoming living room, dining area, open kitchen, traditional kitchen, common toilet, and maid's room. The layout prioritizes accessibility, functional relationships, and convenient circulation between the spaces.
First Floor – Private & Family Spaces
The first floor is designed around the parents' private zone, featuring a master bedroom, private bathroom, walk-in closet, and a family room. A dedicated prayer room is also incorporated to accommodate the family's daily needs.
Second Floor – Children's & Shared Spaces
The second floor accommodates four children's bedrooms, supported by shared toilet facilities and a central circulation area. A terrace and family gathering space provide additional opportunities for relaxation and interaction.
Contemporary Exterior Design
The exterior design explores a contemporary architectural language through the concept of addition and subtraction of forms. Rather than treating the building as a simple box, recessed volumes, projecting geometric elements, and layered façade compositions create depth, shadow, and visual interest.
Responding to the client's preference for gray tones, the façade combines clean white surfaces, dark gray accents, black marble-textured finishes, large glazed openings, and integrated architectural lighting.
The composition emphasizes strong horizontal and vertical elements, creating a distinctive modern identity while maintaining visual balance and functional openings.
