This is an original Spanish article I wrote for a health and wellness website I founded and manage.
The goal was to explain a popular digestive remedy from a scientific and evidence-based perspective, making the content both informative and easy to understand for a general audience.
In this piece, I focused on:
Writing in clear, natural, and neutral Spanish (suitable for a broad audience)
Simplifying technical and health-related concepts without losing accuracy
