Fal Sarovar — Live E-Commerce Store (Built on FlexiCommerce)
Fal Sarovar is a fully functional online store built and deployed on FlexiCommerce, my e-commerce SaaS platform. It's a real, live storefront serving customers — a concrete demonstration of the platform's multi-tenant architecture in production.
The store includes a complete shopping experience: product catalog, cart and checkout, integrated payment gateways, GST-compliant invoicing, and a mobile-optimized responsive storefront. It runs as an isolated tenant on the FlexiCommerce infrastructure, with its own branding, configuration, and optional tenant-branded mobile app build.
This project shows the platform working end to end in the real world — not a demo, but an actual business running on software I built and architected solo.

FlexiCommerce Mobile Apps — Native Flutter Suite
As part of FlexiCommerce, I designed and built three native mobile apps in Flutter, each serving a different role in the e-commerce ecosystem:
The Customer App is a full shopping experience — product browsing across 15+ industry verticals, cart and checkout, and multiple payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, PhonePe), built with Riverpod state management.
The Seller App is a complete store-management tool with point-of-sale, barcode scanning, receipt printing, and real-time order updates via WebSockets, built with Provider.
The Delivery App handles last-mile logistics with live GPS streaming, Google Maps integration, UPI QR-based collection, and audio alerts for new orders.
All three apps connect to a shared Laravel backend over REST APIs, support tenant-branded builds through automated CI/CD, and are live in production with paying customers. Together they represent 180K+ lines of Flutter code, built and shipped solo.

Hints.co (http://Hints.co) — AI-Powered Productivity Tool
Hints.co (http://Hints.co) is an AI productivity product I contributed to as a developer. I worked on the application using React on the frontend, Node.js for backend services, and PostgreSQL for data — building and integrating features within an AI-driven product workflow.
The work involved building responsive UI, developing backend APIs, and handling structured data — contributing to a product focused on using AI to streamline user productivity and task management.

FlexiCommerce — India-First E-Commerce SaaS Platform
FlexiCommerce is a full e-commerce SaaS platform I designed and built solo — a Shopify alternative built for the Indian market. It runs on Laravel 12, Vue 3, Inertia, and Filament 5, backed by three native Flutter apps (Customer, Seller, and Delivery).
The platform handles multi-tenant architecture (single and multi-vendor), 15+ industry verticals with a unified product/cart system, and four payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, PhonePe) with GST-compliant invoicing and COD support. It includes a drag-and-drop Theme Engine with 100+ section variants, support for 9 Indian languages, Shiprocket logistics, and SMS integration.
The standout feature is an AI Store Generator — powered by Claude — that builds a complete, ready-to-use store in around 40 seconds. It's a real example of AI woven into a production product, not a demo.
FlexiCommerce is live in production with paying customers, running across multiple VPS environments with automated CI/CD for tenant-branded mobile app builds. It represents 450K+ lines of code, built and shipped end to end by one person — combining senior full-stack architecture with an AI-native development workflow.
